1. Acceptance

By accessing League Lock (including the waitlist site, app, or related services), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What League Lock is

League Lock is a season-long fantasy sports skill contest that settles prize pools in SKR on Solana. Season 1 is invite-only and NBA-focused. It is not a sportsbook, daily fantasy slate product, or player-prop market.

3. Eligibility and geo

You must be legally able to participate in skill contests in your location.
We may block or limit regions (including the UK / GB and others we designate).
You are responsible for complying with local law.

4. Accounts, wallets, and invites

You connect a Solana wallet you control. We never ask for seed phrases or private keys.
Season 1 requires an invite code. Sharing or selling invites may result in removal.
You are responsible for activity from your wallet address.

5. Fees, burns, and on-chain risk

League fees (currently 5% of the buy-in pool at draft lock, with 80% burned and 20% to treasury unless we announce otherwise) and prize settlements occur via on-chain transactions you sign. Cryptocurrency and smart-contract use involve risk of loss. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, oracle accuracy, or token value.

6. Scoring and data

Until a licensed sports data feed is live, Season 1 may use mock or invite-beta scoring stated in-app. Official league outcomes depend on the scoring rules published for that season.

7. Prohibited use

Fraud, multi-accounting to evade rules, or abuse of invites
Attempting to exploit bugs for unfair advantage (report them instead)
Using the service where prohibited

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” LEAGUE LOCK IS AN INDEPENDENT PRODUCT AND IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH OR ENDORSED BY SOLANA MOBILE, INC., SEEKER, SKR ISSUERS, THE NBA, OR ANY TEAM. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, League Lock and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of funds resulting from wallet compromise, user error, network congestion, or third-party services.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes for active seasons will be called out in-app or by email when we have your contact.
